Changes
Major life changes and going after the life I've always wanted.
Well, hello again! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted. The last year and a half has been long, hard and stressful. We moved, thinking that it would save our marriage only to discover that the same problems in a different setting are still the same problems. So, I decided to get divorced. Never in my wildest dreams did think that I would be that person. But I am. The divorce will be final in the next few weeks.
In the meantime I also decided to start fresh in a place that I love. I bought a small farm in South Georgia near friends and family. I will be bringing the minis, the goats and my dog, Gracie Lu. As much as I’m going to miss my friends here and this beautiful town, I am looking forward to my next chapter.
Growing up I always knew the life that I wanted. I had no desire to have children or get married but I did want a hot boyfriend that looked like the Perry Ellis man in the Sunday Times Magazine. Mary Tyler Moore was my idol. She had a great job, great clothes and had cool girlfriends. And the M on her wall in her apartment, I was going to have a C. I wanted to work in fashion and have a cool apartment. I did, it was great. My hopes for after years of apartment living was to have a big, beautiful farm house to have friends and family in and out for visits and dinner parties. And of course goats and minis.
I had my job in fashion, I had my cool apartment and then I met a man that was even more handsome than the Perry Ellis man. We did have alot of good years and he is a wonderful person but just not for me anymore. Now I will go back to living the dream always wanted, just in a small house.

Wishing you the very best— and hope the new home has a big C for the wall. This new chapter deserves that.
